Change can only happen if something is done differently, if life is lived differently. There's a beautiful saying, "If you only do what you've always done, you'll only get what you've always gotten." If everyday life is a constant habit, life will pass you by. However, life wants to be lived. This is how it is intended for every person by nature; there are endless possibilities for bringing about change.

What might a first change look like? A small but very effective change is this...

When you first look in the mirror in the morning, say a few kind words to your reflection, like, "Hey, it's great to see you here, good morning. I love you and wish you a wonderful day."

Anyone who hears such beautiful words in the morning starts the day with much more joy and energy.

Everyday life takes on a completely different direction; a person's charisma changes, and this is certainly noticeable. Those around them notice the change. For a change to become a habit, it's necessary to apply it daily for 30 days. It's important to apply personal commitment, willpower, and patience. Another small, non-verbal exercise is to smile at your reflection in the mirror or even just laugh heartily. This way, the day begins with a completely different vibe. It works; I've used it myself.
