Recognize what is -
Love your shadow side

….. nice to see you here!
Recognizing what is - what does that mean?
See and recognize with your eyes; indirectly, yes. Look with your inner eye to see why life is the way it is and how life unfolds. Recognize your dark sides, for they are a part of you, just as day and night are. Realize that you are responsible for your own life, for what you think is what you are! Take control of your life and live your dreams.
Even if, for example, you don't really wish someone well, it will come back to you, possibly because it's your thoughts that direct your energy. It doesn't matter to your subconscious whether you're thinking something for yourself or for another person.
So check carefully what you think!
One of the most important topics is the here and now, because life only happens here and now. If you dwell on the past, it won't get you anywhere. If you dwell too much on the future, you'll just keep putting things off, and that won't help you either. Consciously resolve your past problems in the here and now, and consciously plan your future in the here and now. Be proactive; consciously do what's important for your wonderful and happy future.
Silence is not on the tops of the mountains,
the noise is not in the markets of the cities;
both are in the hearts of people.
(From India)
Many, many years ago, I asked myself, Why am I here? What is the meaning of my life? Somehow, I can't figure it out. I had many why questions!
My life began to change as I increasingly engaged with these questions. I learned about the power of thought and was able to recognize the indescribably powerful force that resides within every person, within you and within me.
If I had to choose one sentence to describe my
To summarize the whole teaching, I would say:
Let there be no evil in your thoughts!

Have fun and enjoy, learn a lot, and
many good thoughts for you.

A little story about God
When God had completed his work of creation, he summoned his four highest angels. There was something essential he wanted to discuss with them. Each person was to receive a gift, but God had no idea where to keep it for the people, so they wouldn't find it until they were ready.
The gift is the infinite divine creative power.
One angel suggested hiding the gift on the highest mountain on earth, but the other angels said that there would surely be people who would quickly find it there on the highest mountain. The second angel believed that it would be safe in the deepest ocean, but the other angels agreed that humans aren't afraid to dive into the deepest ocean, so it's not really safe there either!
I have the perfect hiding place, the third angel said loudly to the divine circle. We'll hide it in the center of the earth! All the angels thought it was the ideal hiding place, but God wasn't entirely happy with it yet.
Humans, said God, are so intelligent and sophisticated, while it doesn't take them long to find this most precious gift of all. There must be a place that humans can only find when they are worthy and ready to receive this divine gift. Yes, that is precisely the optimal and perfect place, said the fourth angel and asked for silence. God and the other angels were very curious to know which place the fourth angel meant.
Well, actually it's simple, where no one would suspect it and where they look for it - deep within each person themselves!
That is a wonderful idea; God and his four highest angels immediately agreed on that.
“So it shall be, said the good Lord, so be it!”

About Solaya
Her childhood wasn't truly filled with love. Her father died when she was six, and her mother had enough to do supporting her four children. Little Helga's three brothers saw her as nothing more than a bothersome appendage; the age difference was simply too great; the youngest was eight years older than the youngest.
The youngest brother of the three was also best friends with alcohol, and since he became aggressive when he drank it, little Helga suffered the consequences. He beat her whenever something bothered him, and her mother couldn't help her because she was afraid of him herself. This naturally shaped her life from an early age, and she grew up to be a very introverted person.
Until the beginning of 2011, the author's life was characterized by nothing but lack in every respect and illness. At that time, she had reached a point where she finally wanted to move on to the sunny side of life, and with a strong will and trust in the universe, she set out on her journey!
Now Solaya is on the home stretch to fulfill her deepest wish.
