Overview of the individual steps.

Embark on a new journey without knowing where you're headed requires a bit of courage and perseverance . To give you an idea of where you're headed, here's a travel description and a map! Setting out without a destination will only lead you to nowhere!

The journey to “I AM”

We'll meet at the forecourt of change . Here, we'll discuss which vehicle you'd like to use, and you'll receive detailed instructions for the vehicle that will take you to your place of well-being. Once you arrive, it's important to take a close look at everything and familiarize yourself with it before you set off on your exploration. Once you feel comfortable in your space of well-being and have become familiar with it, continue your journey into your inner self!


You meet many acquaintances.

There are paths that are very rocky and lead through dark shadows, all the way to brightly lit, wonderful avenues. You will meet many people you like and dislike. The most well-known is fear , but you will also encounter anger, sadness, despair, impatience , but also joy, love, trust, faith, calm , feelings of happiness, emotions, self-confidence, self-love and many others. Your journey into the power within you, into your strength , reaches its culmination when you can say, yes, “ I have arrived” in heaven on earth . This feeling deep inside truly cannot be described in words. In this moment of true happiness, you know that you have everything you need to live. You know that nothing and no one can harm you! Then you have experienced for yourself how life plays out, how your life works, how you can change your life! There is no more fear, neither the EGO nor your mind has anything to say anymore, because you only speak and hear with your heart. For me it is like a new birth, yes I feel like I have been born again!

  • Be ready to let go

  • Open yourself to the path

  • Recognizing that there is more than the life we know

  • Change can only happen in you – through you

Step 2 Get to know the techniques

  • Breathing technique

  • relaxation technique

  • Thick cable

  • Stairs, elevator, train, etc.

  • Guided meditation

Step 3 Go on a treasure hunt

  • Why treasure hunt?

  • What is a shadow?

  • How do I recognize a shadow within me?

  • How do I accept the shadow within me?

Step 4 I am

  • What does “I am” mean?

  • How can I apply “I am” to myself?

  • When am I “I am”?


My projectRecognize what is – Love your shadow side” was born from my very personal experiences and I would be very happy if I could help you with my experiences to regain a better quality of life.
