The human system

Everything only works within the system.

A family runs on a system, just like clockwork. A company cannot be successful without a system; a public transportation network would be inconceivable without a system. A machine without a system cannot produce anything. A PC without a system cannot be used for work; it is worthless. There are certainly many more examples like this, but I would like to focus more on the human system.

A person cannot live without a system!

Blood flows through the system of veins, there is a nervous system, a cardiovascular system, bone structure is systematic, and life is unimaginable without the gastrointestinal system. In other words, the entire lump of flesh is a system with countless small and large systems! If these systems are well maintained, e.g., with regular exercise and a healthy diet, that is called health! If body, mind, and soul are constantly cared for, the human system can enjoy a long lifespan. As long as all the gears mesh smoothly, the machine functions; however, if just one gear is out of order, everything grinds to a halt. If this one gear is not repaired or replaced, sooner or later the machine will grind to a halt.

Every system has an emergency brake.

The human system also has its own safety device, which it calls illness. In my opinion, very few people are aware that their health is the most important asset they have. In their day-to-day lives, they don't think about the fact that the human machine also needs maintenance. Instead, it is driven to peak performance, no ifs, ands, or buts! Even when the human system sets off its alarm, everything is ignored and things just carry on. Only when something in the body really stops working do they look to see which fuse or which gear is broken. It doesn't have to come to that! It makes more sense to oil the gears before they start to rust.

There is another very complex system.

This system is so inconspicuous, so transparent, and operates deep within us! It is driven by thoughts, emotions, and feelings. The characteristics and much more of each person also play an immensely important role, because they quickly spiral out of control. Situations from the past have left wounds in the system of feelings and emotions; in other words, the gears in this system no longer run smoothly! If this goes unnoticed, a crash will occur at some point, meaning the body will become "ill"! For example, cancer or any other illness can be triggered by an external situation. A bad issue in the family that was never properly resolved, or something that simply doesn't work, no matter what is done. Debts keep mounting, and no solution to change it can be found. It's always the "wrong" partner that comes along! There is a cause for every life situation that isn't as desired. As long as this cause exists in the INNER system, the corresponding EXTERNAL situation will also accompany life.
